     Hey support, I sent you some more waveform examples. I havent heard from you since June 8 and wanted to know if they have been looked at and what my next step is to resolve this problem.  Thank You.

     hi support. i cant seems to get the wave form voltages on the x-axis and neither can i separate the wave forms from each other. can you help me please?

    Really support? You send me a email telling me you cannot help me? So what you are
    saying is that Autel will not honor the warranty on a defective product?

    "I am sorry, there is no good solution for this problem at present. I will set it as pending
    issue temporarily. So sorry for that." That is the latest answer from support after trying
    to get my scope fixed.

     Support, I am not looking to use the scope with a pc. I want to use it with the 908 but it does not work properly. I feel that I am just getting the runaround. No real answers or fixes being given.  Very frustrating!
